Village Green Campsite Beach A Camping and Caravanning Club site, very clean modern facilities, it is situated on the coast but sheltered by a hill. There are some lovely walks from the site especially the walk along the beach to Cromer, nearby is the Shirehorse Centre and the North Norfolk Steam Railway. Telephone 01263 837544

A National Trust campsite, managed by the Caravan Club, picture taken from the site which is a short walk from the very pretty village of Houghton, The Mill itself is open for visits and there are some nice walks along the river. Telephone 01480 466716
The campsite is at Paddock Wood, near Maidstone, it is part of the farm where there is a very good reconstruction of how the hops were picked before mechanisation, also worth a look are the stables and tack room where the Shire horses are kept. The Campsite is situated adjacent to the Banham Zoo, if you visit the Zoo you can then go back in as many times as you like though out your stay at no extra cost, some weekends during the summer there is entertainment in the clubhouse {small charge}. The site is open all year and on Sundays there is a large boot sale/market on the car park. Opposite the entrance are various shops, a pub and a cider makers. The Campsite is set in 30 acres of wild garden and parkland with a stream running through it. The parkland is grazed by sheep, geese, a llama and contains some fine trees including cedars, oaks and Canadian redwoods. The site comprises 2 paddocks, Cherry Tree Paddock is a secluded and sheltered meadow fringed by old walls and trees whilst Oak Tree Paddock is a spacious and flat meadow with fine views of the parkland, church and the old ruins of the hall, some of which has been restored. Each paddock has only 5 pitches with a super toilet and shower block between the 2 paddocks. You can be sure of a warm welcome and a relaxing stay on this Campsite. Telephone 01787 210314
The site is set in a beautiful quite corner of Scotland, an area that is dotted with charming villages, market towns and historic places. The Galloway Forest Park with it's secluded woodlands and majestic mountain scenery is nearby. A short drive will take you to the beach at Luce Bay. On site facilities include heated indoor pool. The historic port of Kings Lynn is within easy reach with a market on Tuesday. From Morston or Blakeney Quay you can take an open boat ride to see the many seals that laze around on the sands, if you like a bit of exercise there are many fine walks and cycle tracks throughout Norfolk.
